James McGinn
James McGinn is one of the managers of KUEHNE+NAGEL the third largest logistics firm in the world. KUEHNE+NAGEL has evolved from a traditional international freight forwarder to a leading global provider of innovative and fully integrated supply chain solution. James also was the founder and driving force behind Ellesmere Port Panthers whos Basketball club boasted 14 National League teams and numerous national titles. His management skills and knowledge of sport have been invaluable to the development of the Foundation.
Joseph Lofthouse
Joe took over the family business in 1979 and became the managing director of Loftys Travel Group. Through Joe’s vision the company developed a staff of 60 employees with an annual turnover. Joe retired in 1997. His experience has been invaluable in the development of the Foundation.
Robert Youngblood
Robert is originally from Florida, USA and arrived in England to play professional Basketball. He graduated from Southern University in Louisiana in Computer Science and Physical Education. He has been involved in managing inner city sports programmes in London for 15 years along with the NBA European division of community expansion team.
Dave Kimpton
Dave graduated from John Moores Univeristy, Liverpool in 1981. He has since been and Articled Clerk in Chester then went on to become an assistant Accountant in Stockport, qualifying as certified accountant in 1991. Currently since 1994 he is Finance Director of Kimptons Heating and Ventilation business with an annual turnover of 10 million. Dave has also actively pursued his passion for sport and has been an active football coach for 20 years.

Robbie Peers
Executive Operations Manager
Robbie founded ‘Basketball For All’ in 1993-2003, delivering projects in the North West of England for disadvantaged and dis-engaged children. Robbie moved to London in 2003 to take on his role as Head Coach of the London Towers professional Basketball team. He then formed Community Sports Coaching South, a sports delivery provider for sports projects in South London for socio-economically disadvantaged children who are marginalised and live in areas of severe deprivation. In June 2010 Community Sports Coaching Foundation was formed by Robbie and his role of Executive Operations Manager within the Foundation, is to drive the Foundation forward delivering much needed projects for Londoners multi-cultural disadvantage communities.
Jasmin Kalare
Jasmin was educated at Wolverhampton University studying a degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology. She joined Community Sports Coaching Foundation from the onset as the Operations Manager for the Foundation. She is involved in many key roles including strategy planning, fund raising and foundation management.
Steve Bucknall
Steve was born in London and he graduated from the University of North Carolina. He launched his own annual Basketball Summer camp in 2003 and has worked for Lewisham Council as a sports delivery officer since 2006. Steve joined Community Sports Coaching Foundation in 2010 as a project delivery manager, coach and certification tutor.
